I wish I could tell you today that the war in Gaza is finally over. That the innocent children & civilians who have been the collateral damage of Hamas’s leaders’, decision to start another war with Israel may be spared any further bloodshed because of their decisions. Although, we all know that the hate & evil that resides in those selfish & barbaric men would never allow peace to occur. For if they did, then their usefulness would be diminished to the level of the filth they are. For if they did, they know their general incompetence in anything but the hate & violence they fuel would be tossed to the wayside. With their names forever buried into the bin of irrelevance. The admission of defeat & the proclamation of surrender would save the 2 million Gaza populace. The cooperation of the people of Gaza with Israel would bring to fruition the greatest elevation out of poverty for these people in over 100 years. The pursuit of peace is the only way to any semblance of victory they will ever have. The questions that arises; are the Hamas leadership willing to sacrifice their egos for the liberation of their own people? Are the Palestinian people willing to release their rabies like hatred for the Jewish people?
In World War 2, the United States dropped 2 nuclear bombs on Japan. It took 2 atomic bombs to convince the deluded & deranged emperor of Japan to surrender. Believe it or not, it was one of the best military strategic decision made, despite its costs. This situation took Japan by surprise as they didn’t know the power that the American’s had with their newfound military technology. Although with the emperor being shown pictures & getting the numbers of casualties; that being just over 200,000 citizens dead & 2 cities totally & unequivocally wiped out in 2 days. It hit them like a stone wall & the decision was clear for the emperor. He would not sacrifice another soul of his people. Instead he took heed of his enemy & took a strategy which has fostered great growth & made Japan a modern day powerhouse; economically, technologically, & culturally. Their new ally, being the US & essentially the West, was a greater compliment to their nation & peoples than anything the Axis ever offered them. From the ashes of their defeat grew an example of the power of cooperation & peace. The remission of the hatred within their hearts freed it to be filled with love. With love, grew prosperity.
For if only the hearts of the Palestinian people & their leaders may one day forgo their religiously induced, fanatical, hysterical, hatred for the Jewish people & instead embrace them wholeheartedly. Would they then open the keys of heaven for themselves on earth. Would they then be embraced by the warm arms of peace & not the burning heat of war. I hope that the people of Gaza & the West Bank awaken from their brainwashed slumber of the poltergeist running rampant within them & their hearts. See that they are being used as tools of larger forces, the islamists & communists, for their own goals which will leave the Palestinian people either eliminated or irreparably broken. For the handlers of Hamas, if they are eliminated then it is free to be taken by the more “devout” Islamists or extreme communists & if the people become irreparably broken, then they’ll forever be exploited by the religious fanatics or the communist fanatics. Although if the Palestinians imbue themselves with the power of believing in themselves, they could be free from being a slave of war. Free from the foreign aid controlling them or foreign governments (e.g, Iran) controlling their governments. Believe it or not, the keys to peace for the Palestinians does not lay at the hands of Israel, Iran, US, China, or any other country for that matter. It lays within their soul & its willingness to accept defeat. So as to grow from bloodied soil a more beautiful flower than anything they have been for the last 100 years.
As Bob Marley so beautifully puts it in his utter classic, Redemption Song, “Emancipate yourself from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our mind.”
